About

I am a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in the School of Politics and International Relations at the University College Dublin, where I work under the supervision of Dr Stefan Müller. We work on a project funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation, analyzing grant peer review reports using computational text analysis and machine learning. Also, I am part of the Text and Policy Research Group based at UCD.

I am also involved in projects such as the “Rural-Urban Cleavage in Spain and Beyond” led by Dr Pedro Riera and the “Populism: representation or Polarization?” conducted by Dr Nina Wiesehomeier.

Broadly, my research focuses on applications of computational social science, including quantitative text analysis, survey data, and, in a more substantive way, party (and intra-party) politics, devolution and decentralization, political behaviour, and comparative politics.
